To guarantee the safety of our guests and our staff, we have developed a Covid-19 Protocol, which introduces specific precautionary measures in every single work process, aimed at guaranteeing an orderly and safe coexistence between our guests and our staff.

To guarantee the safety of our guests and our staff, we have developed a Covid-19 Protocol, which introduces specific precautionary measures in every single work process, aimed at guaranteeing an orderly and safe coexistence between our guests and our staff.

Cleaning and routine sanitation of the rooms

At each departure, the room and the bathroom are completely sanitized and aired for at least 60 minutes.
Our linen will be handled with extreme care to prevent raising dust and potential contamination. Used linen will be washed at a minimum of 70°C for at least 25 mins to kill potential bacteria.

More frequent cleaning of air conditioning system

Both the inflow of external air and the frequency of cleaning the filters with the use of suitable disinfectant products have been maximized.

Safety equipment for guests and hotel staff

Specific personal protective equipment has been provided for hotel staff. Mandatory temperature checks will be performed at entrance. Guests will also find numerous hand sanitizer gel dispensers in all common areas and at Barolo Cafe.

Frequent Cleaning and reorganization of common areas

All the common areas of the hotel are sanitized several times a day with specific equipment. The areas have been reorganized to ensure social distancing and an adequate level of security. In this regard, special signs have been prepared that will help our guests maintain the correct distance and follow the anti-contagion rules and the correct routes to enter and exit the hotel and common areas.

New service solutions and food & beverage proposals

The buffet has been replaced by an à la carte service. All paper menus have been eliminated. Breakfast menu and Barolo Cafe menu will be available in digital format and can be consulted at any time through the QR code in the hotel. We have reduced the number of tables to maintain social distancing norms. Our staff will apply appropriate distancing.

Staff training

All the staff has been trained in relation to the new procedures and service standards required by the security protocol and the certification process.

Involvement of our suppliers-partners

Our suppliers and partners have adopted the protocol and new guidelines for the safety of guests and staff.

Covid Manager

A Covid Manager figure has been set up to verify the various stages of protocol implementation, exercising control, monitoring and updating activities through the use of an internal structured certification process.
